About Fat Intake Calculator
The Fat Intake Calculator estimates your daily fat needs based on your TDEE and dietary goal using standard nutritional guidelines. It’s ideal for planning diets for balanced nutrition, ketogenic lifestyles, or low-fat diets.
How to Use
- Enter your TDEE in calories/day using the numeric keypad or keyboard (you can get your TDEE from the TDEE Calculator).
- Select your dietary goal from the dropdown (e.g., Balanced Diet, Ketogenic Diet, Low-Fat Diet).
- Click “Calculate” to compute your daily fat intake in grams. The page will scroll to the result.
- Click “Clear” to reset the inputs and results.
- Click “Share” to copy the calculator’s URL to your clipboard.
- Click “Embed” to copy an iframe code for embedding on another website.
- The estimated fat intake and calculation steps will be displayed.
Guidelines
Fat percentage of TDEE:
Balanced Diet: 20-35%
Ketogenic Diet: 60-75%
Low-Fat Diet: 10-20%
Fat Calculation:
Fats (g) = (TDEE × Fat %) / 9
Important Notes
- TDEE must be a positive integer.
- Fat percentages are adjusted within the goal range based on typical recommendations.

- Results are estimates and may vary based on individual factors.
