  • Click “Clear” to reset the inputs and results.
  • Click “Share” to copy the calculator’s URL to your clipboard.
  • Click “Embed” to copy an iframe code for embedding on another website.
  • The estimated carb intake and calculation steps will be displayed.

Guidelines

Carbohydrate percentage of TDEE:

General Health: 45-65%
Endurance Training: 60-70%
Low-Carb: 20-30%

Carbohydrate Calculation:

Carbs (g) = (TDEE × Carb %) / 4

Important Notes

  • Carb percentages are adjusted within the goal range based on typical recommendations.
