Where: L = current level. Total runes are summed from the current level to the target level.

Important Notes:

• Inputs must be positive integers between 1 and 713 (the maximum level in Elden Ring).
• The target level must be greater than or equal to the current level.
• The formula is accurate for levels above 12; for levels 1-12, the game applies slight adjustments, but this calculator uses the formula for simplicity.
• Runes are the in-game currency used to level up at Sites of Grace after accepting Melina’s offer. Runes are dropped on death but can be retrieved unless you die again before recovery.
