Important Notes:

  • All inputs must be positive; ratios must sum to 100%.
  • Caloric values: Carbohydrates = 4 kcal/g, Proteins = 4 kcal/g, Fats = 9 kcal/g.
  • Clipboard access requires HTTPS. If copying fails, copy manually.
