Calculation Details:

The calculator computes grams of each macronutrient using:

  • Carbohydrates: \\(\text{Grams} = \frac{\text{Calories} \times \text{Carb \%}}{4}\\), (4 kcal/g)
  • Proteins: \\(\text{Grams} = \frac{\text{Calories} \times \text{Protein \%}}{4}\\), (4 kcal/g)
  • Fats: \\(\text{Grams} = \frac{\text{Calories} \times \text{Fat \%}}{9}\\), (9 kcal/g)
  • Total Calories: \\(\text{Carb Grams} \times 4 + \text{Protein Grams} \times 4 + \text{Fat Grams} \times 9\\)

Note: Percentages must sum to 100%. Consult a nutritionist for personalized macro goals.

Important Notes:

  • Caloric values are standard: 4 kcal/g for carbs and proteins, 9 kcal/g for fats.
