- Base Retention Rate (%):
\[ \text{BRR} = 100 \times e^{-0.1 / (S \times D \times M)} \]
Where \( S \) is study sessions per week, \( D \) is session duration, \( M \) is learning method multiplier.
- Adjusted Retention Rate (%):
\[ \text{ARR} = \text{BRR} \times \frac{I}{100} \]
Where \( I \) is initial knowledge level.
- Retention Efficiency Index (%):
\[ \text{REI} = \frac{\text{ARR}}{\text{Max Possible Retention}} \times 100 \]
Where Max Possible Retention = \( I \). Categories: Poor (<50%), Fair (50–75%), Good (75–90%), Excellent (>90%).
